Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Check before you buy

Each product page includes multiple photos, a full description, and texture details. If you have any questions about a specific squishy before purchasing, reach out to us via the enquiry form and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or missing order?

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

Shipping issues

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We do not accept returns.
